To answer questions and send recommendations, publish and verify business listings, send businesses their reports, deliver agency services, and meet legal obligations. We never sell your data.

4. Your rights

You can access, update, correct and delete your data, request proof of your consent, withdraw it, and file complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

5. How to exercise them

Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp. By law, we answer inquiries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days.

6. Effective date

This policy is effective as of October 15, 2026. The Spanish version prevails.
