These terms govern the use of tuguiacartagena.com and Tu Guía Cartagena's WhatsApp service, a guide to businesses in Cartagena, Colombia. By using the site you accept them.

1. What Tu Guía is

An information guide to businesses. Unless we say otherwise in writing, Tu Guía is not a party to the purchase between you and a business: the business is responsible for its product, price and service.

2. Verification levels

Each listing shows its level and review date. Not verified information is public and may be out of date; confirm prices and terms before paying.

3. Business plans

Paid plans provide visibility or marketing services under the terms agreed with each business. No plan includes the Verified badge.

4. Complaints

If you have a problem with a listed business, message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected]. We review each case with the business.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by Colombian law. Effective October 15, 2026. The Spanish version prevails.
